Does Charcuterie Kreations have an order limit?

Charcuterie Kreations does not have an order limit and can accommodate all event sizes (small or large!) We kindly ask that for events of over 50 people are scheduled as far in advance as possible to ensure the best possible outcome for your charcuterie experience.

For events of over 50 people, how do I place an order?

If you have an event of over 50 people, simply email charcuteriekreations@gmail.com to complete your order. This is to ensure your event is perfect and we can match your theme and desired aesthetic for your event.

For charcuterie orders, are they presented on a board?

If you are placing an order for charcuterie, you have the option to order on a wooden board or a disposable platter with a lid. If you are placing an order on a board, all boards are rented and must be returned within 48 hours of your event. Orders that are placed on a board have an additional cost. You can purchase the board for an additional cost if you are interested.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Charcuterie Kreations accepts payment via Venmo, Zelle, Check, Cash or via Square (ordering via our website)

How far in advance does an order need to be made?

Depending on your event size or order type, it is recommended that orders are placed as soon as possible. For smaller orders, it is required that the order is made 48 hours prior to delivery.

Can I place an order to be delivered to someone?

Want to surprise a friend or a loved one to a charcuterie treat? We got you covered! When placing your online order, be sure to put the delivery address in the “shipping” address field to ensure it is delivered at the right address!

How are the charcuterie boards, platters, boxes and cups prepared?

Charcuterie Kreations rents a licensed commissary kitchen and prepares all orders in the kitchen.

Grazing stations are assembled on-site at your event location 90 minutes prior to your event start time.

How do I inform Charcuterie Kreations of any food allergies?

Clients that are placing an order are required to inform Charcuterie Kreations of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. This can be done via email or when completing your online order.

Which area(s) does Charcuterie Kreations serve?

At this time, Charcuterie Kreations is licensed to do business in Rhode Island. All orders are delivered on-site. *Pickup is only offered for special promotional/holiday orders.
